We make our dough daily on premise with our own special recipe, using the best flour, filtered water, natural ingredients and a touch of Italian extra virgin olive oil. Our cheese is 100% Wisconsin Mozzarella cheese, we make our own pizza sauce, use only fresh vegetables and our meats are top quality.
All pizza's are finished in a Montague Fire Brick Pizza oven to achieve the perfect bake which simply cannot be attained by most of our competitors' conveyor ovens. We are committed to making an incredible tasting, all natural pizza.
